Founder of Pelvic Shanti

With over 20 years of experience as a physical therapist across Europe and the U.S., I bring a global perspective and a deeply personal passion for pelvic health. After experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction following the birth of my second child, I became dedicated to helping others navigate their healing journeys with compassion and evidence-based care.

I’ve trained extensively with Herman & Wallace, the APTA Section on Women’s Health, and Pelvic Guru. In 2020, I founded Pelvic Shanti—a space devoted entirely to pelvic rehab. Shanti means “peace” in Sanskrit, and it reflects my belief that healing begins when we feel safe, supported, and empowered in our bodies.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find me cycling or hiking with my husband, our two kids, and our dogs. I’m proud to foster an inclusive, welcoming space where all people feel valued and cared for.
